Hello to all officers:
I just run across something that I didn't expect, and thought I would bring it up - so during your Guild officer's meeting you might decide to get it changed.
I was in DDS village and a RL friend run out to get a mind buff.. While there; They asked to go see the Guild Hall.. Mostly because I had told them what it was like, They wanted to see it for themselves.
Anyway to make the story shorter - They could not get in - They got a message -" You do not have permission to enter " Now all I had to do was type the NAME in as visitor and they could get in.. but That was kind of strange to me.. and Let me explain:
I would think we would want it to where anyone could go into our GH at any time - If I was a quiet player (I know I have a big mouth at times :-) But if I were and seen a Recruit message in General Chat, I might be inclined to go check out the GH. I would be able to tell what kind of guild or What the Guild leader was like just by the amount of time that was spent on the GH itself. When I first come back to game.. that was one of the first things I did.. go check things out - of course not much enticed me.. Not much into the Raiding Guilds.. they want ya to be there at their times and do what they want to do - so they were out. Went into one that everything was for giants, I could have put that one together in 10 min. , it just looked like crap and I knew I would not ever want to go in even just to port. Then you get the Guilds that are only worried about lvling to go help out a lower lvl player. Anyway you get the Idea.
We should be open to everyone - Any Time they want to go check us out.. Be proud of what you have... Ok. that was my food for thought.... Thanks
